"Not totally convinced it’s genuine"
The item arrived fine, but the packaging just didn’t feel quite right to me. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but I’m not 100% sure it’s authentic. A bit disappointing, to be honest.

I reached out to support about the issue, but they just kept sending vague replies that didn’t really help. Nothing ever got fixed, and I felt ignored. Whoever runs this needs to get it together, because this was not a good experience at all.

Overall, the communication was easy to understand and straightforward. I got clear replies to my questions, and the emails/receipt details were simple enough to follow without any confusion. One response did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Solid experience overall — 4 stars from me.

"Frustrating site, especially when you're trying to watch your budget"
I was trying to compare prices and make sure I wasn’t overspending, but the website made it way harder than it needed to be. Pages took forever to load, the menu felt all over the place, and checkout was confusing enough that I backed out twice. If I’m already being careful with my money, I don’t want to fight the website too.

"Felt Like I Was Paying More Than I Should"
I was browsing through the items and at first everything looked decent enough, so I figured I’d give it a closer look. But once I started comparing the prices, it kind of took the excitement out of it. A few things I liked seemed basic for what they were charging, and later I found similar stuff elsewhere for less. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it left me feeling like I’d be overpaying, so I probably won’t order again

I ordered it from moonrise-store.com, it’s really comfy. The fit is nice, not too tight, and there’s no rubbing or annoying spots. I wore it all day, and barely even noticed I had it on

"At first glance, the site looks really nice..."
At first glance, the site looks really nice. I liked the colors and the overall vibe, and the product photos definitely caught my eye. It feels modern, and I can see why people might be drawn to it right away.

That said, a few areas felt a bit cluttered to me, and some sections didn’t line up quite right on my screen. Maybe it looks better for other people, so I’d be curious if anyone else noticed the same thing. It’s not bad at all, just could use a cleaner, more polished layout.

"Sizing was totally off"
I ordered my usual size from moonrise-store.com and figured, okay, I checked the size chart so this should be a safe bet. Nope. It was way too small and shorter than I expected too. I even double-checked before ordering, so it felt extra frustrating. not worth the hassle for me.

"Packaging felt a bit rushed"
My order showed up on time, so that was good, but the packaging felt kind of rushed. The box had a few dents and the tape was a little loose, although thankfully nothing inside was damaged. It wasn’t awful, but I do think they could’ve packed it more carefully

I got some decent discounts, and the promo codes worked without any hassle, which I appreciated. It feels like the right thing when companies make saving money straightforward for customers. I just wish the promotions lasted a bit longer so people had a fair chance to use them instead of feeling rushed

"Refund took forever and felt a bit sketchy"
I asked for a refund and it took way too long to get any proper update. I had to keep chasing them, and even then the replies were slow and not really helpful. The whole thing dragged on so much that I started wondering if they were hoping I’d just give up, or if there was some kind of hidden fee or catch they weren’t being clear about. Not a great experience, and I wouldn’t order again tbh

"Good material, feels nice"
I ordered this from moonrise-store.com the material was better than I thought it would be. It’s soft, doesn’t feel too thin, and kind of feels nicer than some other stuff I’ve bought...

I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the seams looked a little messy, but it’s not a huge deal. For the price, the quality is solid and I’d probably buy from them again.
